Circles are approximately 3.5 to 4 hours long with breaks\, and are setup as follows: \n\n\n\nPart 1 –  Introductions and Connections\nPart 2 – Adverse Childhood Experiences Survey and Discussion\nPart 3 – Symptoms of Trauma Presentation and Discussion\nPart 4 – Integration Modalities\n\n\nPlease note\, everyone attending is a participant of the circle. There are no observers or auditors. The circle is a safe environment of equals.
