SUMMARY:Compassion Trauma Circle
DESCRIPTION:We are happy to announce that we have scheduled our first circle for 2021 on Jan 28 at 10:00am pacific.\n\nWhether you want to train as a facilitator or just join in on a Compassion Trauma Circle\, you will undoubtedly find the time very worthwhile. Circles are approximately 3.5 to 4 hours long\, with breaks. After our introduction and connection exercise\, we go into (Part 1) Adverse Childhood Experiences questions and discussion\, then (Part 2) a Symptoms of Trauma presentation and discussion\, followed by (Part 3) Integration modalities.\n\nIf you would like to join us\, you can REGISTER HERE.\n\nWe will also have an optional half-hour Q&A session on Monday\, Jan 18 at 1:30pm pacific.
