Please note\, everyone attending is a participant of the circle. There are no observers or auditors. This is not a “How to be a trainer” session\, it’s an actual participation circle. It will be approximately 3.5 to 4 hours long\, with breaks and setup as follows: \n\n\nPart 1 –  Introductions and Connections\nPart 2 – Adverse Childhood Experiences Survey and Discussion\nPart 3 – Symptoms of Trauma Presentation and Discussion\nPart 4 – Integration Modalities\n\n\nPlease note\, everyone attending is a participant of the circle. There are no observers or auditors. The circle is a safe environment of equals. DESCRIPTION:Compassionate Presence\nWe are pleased to offer a 90-minute group session with renowned facilitator\, Ann Marie Wright \nIn our online circle\, we will utilize meditation\, breath work\, active listening\, as well as techniques of mind-body awareness to release stress\, and deepen our sense of interconnectedness. \nMost of us are hungry for connection. As we experience the benefits of living life in a more meditative way using our natural senses\, our ability to connect with ourselves and others increases\, resulting in a more meaningful and passionate life. In this state of interconnectedness we become more caring and creative. \nAcute anxiety and tension not only affect our physiology\, but our ability to cope with life. Embodying presence is an effective tool for managing all types of psychological stress\, including chronic pain\, depression\, and relationship issues.
