Created to support incarcerated and transitionally housed men and women whom we’ve discovered to have much higher rates of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) than the general population.
The curriculum focuses on topics such as self-acceptance, self-love, accountability, guilt, shame and a number of other themes. It provides compassion based interactive exercises, open dialogue and education to help people understand the impact of ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences) on the physical, mental and emotional body.
