Clara Keane is an educator, organizer and advocate committed to dismantling the school-to-prison pipeline and all systems of oppression. She is a certified Inside-Out Prison Exchange Program instructor and AmeriCorps alum working to find a balance between preventing recidivism and improving prison conditions, while also fighting for an end to mass incarceration. In her spare time she enjoys tutoring through organizations like School on Wheels, singing and dancing. Clara will be graduating in May with a B.A. in Urban & Environmental Policy and Education from Occidental College in Los Angeles. She intends to use her degree to contribute to the fight for justice for system-impacted youth and adults.
