Day 17 - Integrity
Integrity means being truthful, honest and reliable. It means building rather than breaking, helping rather than hurting, connecting rather than isolating. Integrity means being your authentic self whether people are watching or not.
Reflection
- Think about a time when you listened to your heart and did the right thing despite the fact that people around you were doing something else.
- Think about a time when you wish you had acted with integrity.
- How did it feel to act with integrity?
- How is integrity different from honesty?
Action
- Write down three actions you can take that would increase your sense of integrity.
- Write or draw about how integrity would bring peace to your community.
“Moral authority comes from following universal and timeless principles like honesty, integrity, treating people with respect.”

“Have the courage to say no. Have the courage to face the truth. Do the right thing because it is right. These are the magic keys to living your life with integrity.”
W. Clement Stone
“As you experience changes and breakthroughs, know that integrity, honesty and truth are the highest vibrating energies to guide you forward. Everything else will fall away.”
Molly McCord
