Day 18 - Freedom
Freedom is important because it leads to enhanced expressions of creativity and original thought, increased productivity, and an overall higher quality of life.
Reflection
- Where are you free to be yourself and what allows you to have that freedom?
- Where are you not free to be yourself and what stops you from having that freedom?
Action
- What does freedom mean to you?
- Write about three things you would like your community to be free to do and three things you would like your community to be free from.
“To be free is to live in a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others.”
- Nelson Mandela

Jean-Paul Sartre
"He who is brave is free."
Lucius Annaeus Seneca
“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”
Viktor E. Frankl
“Every human has four endowments - self awareness, conscience, independent will and creative imagination. These give us the ultimate human freedom... The power to choose, to respond, to change.”
