Day 21 - Inspiration
Think of three people who embody the practice of nonviolence. What qualities do you admire about them? See the potential that is also within you and choose to cultivate these nonviolent characteristics in your daily life.
Reflection
- Inspiration awakens us to new possibilities by allowing us to transcend our ordinary experiences and limitations.
- Inspiration propels a person from apathy to possibility, and transforms the way we perceive our own capabilities.
- What inspires you?
- What are you capable of?
Action
- Think of at least 2 people who have taken a stand for nonviolence.
- Write about the qualities they possess and what you admire about them.
- Practice at least one of these behaviors today.
