Day 63 - Commitment

Commitment is actively expressed and realized through our thoughts and actions. Commitment is about giving of ourselves, sometimes at high personal cost or risk, to a person or purpose that we find worthy of that gift.

Reflection
  • Take some time to think about your commitment to nonviolence.
  • Are you willing to commit to a nonviolent lifestyle?
  • What are you willing to change about yourself?
  • What are you willing to do more of?
Action
  • Write down what it means to you to be committed to nonviolence and what you are willing to do as a demonstration of your commitment.
  • Clarify and affirm your personal commitment by taking the first steps towards action today.
