Carlos Cazalis, (b.1969) is a constant student of humanities, because as he says, art led me to my recognition of truth. His early studies began in documentary photography for nearly twenty years working in over 30 countries and publishing two books. For the past 15 years he has been a student and teacher of Iyengar and Dharma Yoga completing his 500 hr. with Sri Dharma Mittra. He currently studies Kashimir Yoga with Billy Doyle exploring the yoga meditations in the dissolution of mind and body. He is an advent student of Non-Duality or Advaita Vedanta following the lineage of Ramana Maharshi and Shri Atmananda Krishna Menon through the teachings of Rupert Spira and Francis Lucille.

Carlos will guide us in a meditation, on the Art of Listening, starting with an energizing Qiqong, followed by pranayama breathing to open space and awareness into the body. The meditation will then be focused on understanding surrendering and resistance by listening to the body through our one and only experience of where we are holding to reach the understanding of our true loving nature.
