Woman with microphone standing in middle of circle of 235 incarcerated men

Our circles follow the format you’ve seen in Step Inside the Circle with enhanced modifications to work well in the Zoom environment. Whether you want to train as a facilitator or just participate in a Compassion Trauma Circle, you will undoubtedly find this time to be very worthwhile. Circles are approximately 3.5 to 4 hours long with breaks, and are setup as follows:

  • Part 1 –  Introductions and Connections
  • Part 2 – Adverse Childhood Experiences Survey and Discussion
  • Part 3 – Symptoms of Trauma Presentation and Discussion
  • Part 4 – Integration Modalities

Please note, everyone attending is a participant of the circle. There are no observers or auditors. The circle is a safe environment of equals. We all belong to each other.

If you would like to join us, please REGISTER HERE.

We will also have an optional half-hour Q&A session on Friday, April 22 @ 9:00am Pacific. To join the Q&A, sign-up here.

For detailed information on the facilitator training process, see our training requirements document.

You are always welcome to contact us with any questions.
