Compassionate Presence

We are pleased to offer a 90-minute group session with renowned facilitator, Ann Marie Wright

In our online circle, we will utilize meditation, breath work, active listening, as well as techniques of mind-body awareness to release stress, and deepen our sense of interconnectedness.

Most of us are hungry for connection. As we experience the benefits of living life in a more meditative way using our natural senses, our ability to connect with ourselves and others increases, resulting in a more meaningful and passionate life. In this state of interconnectedness we become more caring and creative.

Acute anxiety and tension not only affect our physiology, but our ability to cope with life. Embodying presence is an effective tool for managing all types of psychological stress, including chronic pain, depression, and relationship issues. Presence is a sense of “being at home” in your own body and remembering that our true home is the present moment.

Where our awareness goes, energy flows.
