Compassion Trauma Circle

Wednesday, August 3rd
10:00am PDT – 2:00pm PDT

Our circles follow the format you’ve seen in Step Inside the Circle with enhanced modifications to work well in the Zoom environment. Whether you want to train as a facilitator or just participate in a Compassion Trauma Circle, you will undoubtedly find this time to be very worthwhile. Please note, everyone attending is a participant of the circle. There are no observers or auditors. This is not a “How to be a trainer” session, it’s an actual participation circle. It will be approximately 3.5 to 4 hours long, with breaks and setup as follows:

  • Part 1 –  Introductions and Connections
  • Part 2 – Adverse Childhood Experiences Survey and Discussion
  • Part 3 – Symptoms of Trauma Presentation and Discussion
  • Part 4 – Integration Modalities

Please note, everyone attending is a participant of the circle. There are no observers or auditors. The circle is a safe environment of equals. We all belong to each other.
